Pick A Petal A crimson petal floats from lady Rosewood From a flower of the love she once had The petal flickers and fondles the breeze To be blown away, as fast it fell The breeze blow's things away Like a lady's love Nothing really to keeps them apart Other then an ocean of air He'd love to be there for her But she won't let him cause time is not her friend She seems to have plenty for everyone else Just not the man who warms her heart He was the one who brought her back from Hell But it seems she had to send someone back in her place He screams her name in agony But like the wind, it's gone as quick as it is said Guess love for her is the same way But for a guy who would go to Hell to get her It seems that he can't let go of it so quick So she picks apart the last thing from him A flower from his heart He loves me... I love him not He loves me... I love him not And lets the petals be blown away Thanks to the wind, it's gone as quick as it's dropped
