I walked into a dream one day
But was it worth my time?
It opened my mind to another way
Though it's like a crime
So different from the normal kind
That's why it did scare
For it took over my mind
Like an answered prayer
Got what I want for now
A dream for only me
Shouting the question how?
Is the question free?
A dream of a purple tree
In the yellow woods
Surrounded by blood red sea
Holding in worldly goods
Not a single person there
Spare me and Rosewood Lady fine
Almost like a little dare
Sleeping below the purple pine
Her head on my lap
And her hand on my cheek
How could I describe this nap?
Think beauty resting on a geek
When I sleep now
I ask to relieve the pain
By getting someone to allow
To let that coin land on that side again
